Brief Individual therapy sessions are 25min in length and include a telehealth appointment for a one on one individual session with up to an additional 5min for scheduling (max total: 30min). These are best used for a solution focused session without the time allotted for diving deep or much emotional processing. These can also be used as a brief intervention session in which you are needing help to stabilize from a triggering event.

Individual therapy sessions are 45min in length and include a telehealth appointment for a one on one individual session with up to an additional 5min for scheduling (max total: 50min).

Extended therapy sessions are 75min in length and include a telehealth appointment for a one on one individual session with up to an additional 5min for scheduling (max total: 80min). Extended therapy sessions are commonly used for clients who have tangential or circumstantial speech patterns who do not like being interrupted by their clinician to refocus and need space to be themselves in session and still get the same therapeutic benefit. This is also used for clients with a lot of complex trauma who need more time to process and stabilize.

Celestial Light Counseling & Wellness PLLC is Self Pay only. Payments are processed through Ivy Pay in full at the time of service. At your first appointment the invoice is sent directly to you via text. You will put a card on file which will be charged at each appointment. You will receive a confirmation from Ivy Pay via text every time your card is charged. You have the ability to change the card you have on file at any time. You may use any credit, debit, or HSA/FSA card to pay your invoice. 

For insurance clients, I do not bill insurance, however, I can provide a monthly superbill for those who want to seek out of network reimbursement with their insurance. Please check with your insurance to make sure they offer out of network billing. If you choose the superbill route, please keep in mind this will limit services available, therapeutic approach used, and require diagnoses upon first apt due to needing to meet insurance requirements for reimbursement. If this is not an issue for you, then please move forward and let me know your preference. 

I value an ethical, authentic, collaborative, and productive client/therapist relationship. This means I do not accept new clients for the intent and purpose of filling out paperwork/documentation for an outside service since this has hindered therapeutic progress in the past. I am happy to help support established clients when things like this pop up for them since it is a natural evolution of the therapeutic relationship. Feel free to ask any follow up questions during your free consultation and I can clarify further. If you are looking for an assessment for the purpose of seeking outside services, we will likely not be a good fit and I wish you luck as you continue your search for another therapist. 

I have been throwing around the idea of creating a recurring Saturday 8:30am Telehealth Childhood Trauma Processing Group which would run for 80 minutes (90min time block). Groups would cost $100/session, billed the same way as normal therapy sessions except there will be no super billing available. If you are interested in attending a group like this please send me a message and let me know. Once I have enough people willing to join I can work on getting a start date established.
