Individual therapy sessions are 30min in length and include a telehealth appointment via zoom for a one on one individual session. Please note, 30 minute sessions do not provide enough time to go deep during session since it doesn't allow enough time to make sure your emotional state is stabilized afterwards. These 30min sessions are best used for brief interventions and check ins, depending on where you are in your therapeutic journey.
Individual therapy sessions are 45min in length and include a telehealth appointment via zoom for a one on one individual session.
Individual therapy sessions are 60min in length and include a telehealth appointment via zoom for a one on one individual session.
Extended therapy sessions are 80min in length and include a telehealth appointment via zoom for a one on one individual session. Extended therapy sessions are most used for clients who have tangential or circumstantial speech patterns who do not like being interrupted by their clinician to refocus and need space to be themselves in session and still get the same therapeutic benefit out of session. This is also used for clients with a lot of complex trauma who need more time to process and stabilize in session. There are other reasons for seeking an extended session but the ones listed are common examples.
Celestial Light Counseling & Wellness PLLC is Self Pay only. Payments are processed through Ivy Pay in full at the time of service. At your first appointment the invoice is sent directly to you via text. You will put a card on file which will be charged at each appointment. You will receive a confirmation from Ivy Pay via text every time your card is charged. You have the ability to change the card you have on file at any time. You may use any credit, debit, or HSA/FSA card to pay your invoice.
For insurance clients, I do not bill insurance, however, I can provide a monthly superbill for those who want to seek out of network reimbursement with their insurance. Please check with your insurance to make sure they offer out of network billing. If you choose the superbill route, please keep in mind this will limit services available, therapeutic approach used, and require diagnoses upon first apt due to needing to meet insurance requirements for reimbursement. If this is not an issue for you, then please move forward and let me know your preference.
